Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales Assistant to support the sales team in day-to-day operations, client coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, contracts, and documentation.
Handle incoming inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp) and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry for leads, viewings, and deals.
Schedule meetings, property viewings, and coordinate with agents and clients.
Prepare reports, sales updates, and pipeline summaries for management.
Support marketing activities, including listings updates, social media coordination, and property adverts.
Ensure all documentation is complete and aligned with company policies.
Coordinate between internal departments (Accounts, Admin, Marketing) to ensure smooth workflow.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional company image at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and high level of professionalism.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
