Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
Experience
Minimum 3 years in technical sales, service engineering, or a related field, particularly in hygiene and cleaning chemicals.
Hands-on experience with chemical dispensers or similar systems is preferred.
Proven sales success, ideally within the hygiene, sanitation, or industrial cleaning sectors.
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of hygiene and cleaning chemicals, dispensers, and related systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork ability.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
