In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and pricing the local product range, leading a high-performing retail team, and ensuring a world-class IKEA shopping experience. What You'll Do

• Select and price the product range for the local market in alignment with IKEA's global concept
• Monitor daily sales and gross margin performance, taking actions to achieve targets
• Ensure top-selling and priority items are always available and attractively displayed
• Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional results and customer service
• Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and succession planning for team members
• Resolve escalated customer issues and support staff in delivering high-quality service
• Collaborate with Logistics, Range, and other departments to optimize stock flow
• Execute commercial calendar activities and maintain store safety, cleanliness, and standards

Ideal Profile

• 2-5 years' experience in retail, including leadership roles
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to drive sales
• Skilled in team management, coaching, and performance development
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Comfortable using retail systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Adaptable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
