This role focuses on driving sales, optimizing merchandising, ensuring top-selling products are available, and leading a motivated team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Select, price, and present the local product range in alignment with IKEA's global concept
• Monitor daily sales performance and take proactive actions to achieve sales and gross margin targets
• Ensure top-selling and priority products are available, well-displayed, and supported by effective customer communication
• Lead, coach, and develop your team to maintain a high-performance culture
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members
• Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with Logistics, Range, and other departments to optimize stock flow and availability
• Support execution of commercial calendar activities and shop floor campaigns
• Maintain compliance with operational standards, safety, and store cleanliness

Ideal Profile

• 2-5 years' retail experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong commercial acumen with proven sales-driving ability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• People management skills with a motivational and inclusive leadership style
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• English fluency; Arabic language skills preferred
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales systems
