The Role

We are hiring a motivated Sales & Operations Support Assistant to: o Drive cleaning teams to customer locations safely and efficiently. o Inspect the quality of work before customer handover. o Upsell additional services (sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, window cleaning, etc.) to increase customer satisfaction and invoice value. o Support the cleaning operations by coordinating field logistics and client relations. o Report daily activities, sales closed, and customer feedback.



Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License (Manual or Automatic). o Must already have a valid UAE Residency Visa (Freelance, Partner, or Family Sponsorship). o (No visa sponsorship provided.) o Previous experience in sales, customer service, cleaning, or hospitality is a plus. o Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude. o Basic English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is a plus. o Motivated to earn through commissions and bonuses.
