The Opportunity
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Representative and Operations who thrives on building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and premium businesses. This isn't a typical cleaning sales role - you'll be selling high-value annual contracts and premium services to discerning clients who value quality and professionalism.
What You'll Do
Generate and qualify leads for villa maintenance contracts and commercial cleaning services
Conduct site visits and consultations with property owners across Dubai
Prepare professional quotations and proposals for high-value contracts
Build long-term relationships with luxury property owners and facility managers
Close high-value deals ranging from one-time services to significant annual contracts
Manage your own sales pipeline and maintain detailed client records
Collaborate and drive the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Attend networking events and industry functions to generate business
What We're Looking For
Proven Sales Track Record:
2+ years in B2B or B2C sales with documented results
Organizational Excellence:
You manage multiple leads, proposals, and follow-ups without dropping balls
Self-Motivation:
You don't need daily supervision - you create your own opportunities
Communication Skills:
Professional written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
Understanding of Luxury Market:
Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals or premium businesses
Valid UAE Driving License:
Site visits across Dubai is a bonus
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with CRM systems, Excel, and professional communication tools
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has sold high-value services or contracts (real estate, facility management, luxury goods)
Understands the difference between selling on price vs. selling on value
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally
Takes initiative when given autonomy
Learns quickly about technical services and can communicate value clearly
