Sales & Operations Coordinator
to help us streamline operations, manage vendors, bring in new clients, and deliver seamless rental experiences to our customers.
What You'll Do:
Vendor Management & Client Acquisition:
Onboard and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth collaboration.
Actively bring new clients and vendors on board to expand our network.
Keep rental listings accurate and up to date on the Renttro platform.
Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet Renttro's quality standards.
Sales & Operations:
Leverage sales experience to drive vendor and client growth.
Coordinate bookings and scheduling for rentals.
Support customers with inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
Monitor booking status and ensure timely fulfillment.
Solve operational challenges and mediate between vendors and customers.
Payments & Reporting:
Process vendor payments and track invoices.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Provide data-driven insights to improve operations and vendor management.
Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, operations, or vendor coordination.
Proven sales experience and the ability to onboard new clients is a must.
Experience in the Dubai car rental market is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/ERP systems.
Experience with e-commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus.
