To promote and sell generators and power solutions, develop new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:Sales:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts within the assigned territory or sector.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and proposals to clients.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations as needed.
Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms in line with company policies.
Follow up on inquiries, prepare sales reports, and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities for generators and related services.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
Assist in creating marketing materials, brochures, and online content.
Coordinate with the marketing team to manage social media and digital presence relevant to generator products.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the generator or power solutions industry.
Strong knowledge of generators, power systems, and related technical aspects is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license (or as per local requirement).
Working Conditions:
Office-based with regular travel to client sites and field locations.
May require flexible working hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on client needs and events.
