We're looking for a strategic and creative Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our business consulting firm in Business Bay, Dubai. If you have a strong understanding of social media trends, can craft compelling content, and know how to launch effective ad campaigns to reach decision-makers -- this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with the company's business goals. Create high-quality, professional content (including articles, infographics, and videos) for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other key platforms. Manage the content calendar and post consistently to maintain a strong brand presence. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster relationships with business professionals, corporate clients, and private clients. Monitor social media trends and leverage them to increase engagement and brand awareness. Launch and manage targeted ad campaigns (especially on LinkedIn and Meta) to reach business owners, executives, and decision-makers. Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and audience targeting to improve ROI and lead generation. Track and analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall company strategy.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing Specialist (preferably in B2B or professional services) in the Dubai market. Proven experience with social media management tools. Strong track record in setting up and managing paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads). Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on professional and business communication. Strong analytical skills to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in business consulting or corporate environments is a plus.
