Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and track industry trends. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and tailored proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize performance and strategy. Utilize tools such as CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms for client management and reporting.

Requirements:

Education:

MBA or Graduate Degree in Engineering.

Experience:

3-5 years in a similar role, preferably within the oil & gas sector.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong background and understanding of oil & gas market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Tech-savvy with proficiency in sales and marketing tools. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
