We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of vehicles, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and engage potential customers, presenting suitable vehicle options based on their needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground) to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Provide detailed information to customers about vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricing.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and provide excellent after-sales support.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in automotive sales and/or marketing.
Languages: Fluency in English (French/Arabic is a strong plus).
Knowledge: Solid understanding of vehicle models, specifications, and industry trends.
Skills:
Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury or commercial vehicle sales and marketing.
Knowledge of UAE automotive market and existing client network.
Ability to work independently and in a team with a results-driven approach.
