What You'll Do:
Develop attention-grabbing campaigns that showcase our aesthetics services and hair replacement solutions.
Create engaging content (before/after stories, educational posts, videos, and reels) for social media, email, and our website.
Manage social channels and build an active, supportive community.
Track metrics, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for growth.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client insights.
Collaborate with our team to highlight client experiences, promotions, and brand messaging.
Support events, workshops, photoshoots, and client-focused marketing activities.
What You Bring:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2 or more years of experience in marketing (beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry is a plus!).
Strong digital marketing and content creation skills--especially visual storytelling.
Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and paid advertising.
A creative mindset with strong communication and organization.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation.
Confidence in directing photoshoots or filming short promotional content.
