Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote luxury products and build strong customer relationships.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Maintain product knowledge and represent the brand professionally.
Coordinate with management to enhance overall showroom performance.
Requirements:
Female candidate (
Russian speaker preferred
)
2+ years' experience in
luxury retail / lifestyle / home decor / fashion
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Presentable and customer-focused personality
UAE Driving License preferred
