Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation. Understand client needs and provide tailored business consultancy solutions. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential and existing clients. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and track progress using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client projects. Prepare proposals, contracts, and business presentations. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field Minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing and sales Experience in planning and executing successful lead generation campaigns Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques Excellent analytical and communication skills Experience in building relationships with B2B clients Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented Experience in the food packaging industry is a plus Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED 5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Business Consultancy Experience is a must.
