Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Marketing Specialist

to join our dynamic gym team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of gym marketing, digital platforms, lead generation, and branding. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that enhance visibility, drive traffic, and support sales goals for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to promote property listings, events, and brand awareness. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all portals such as Social Media Portals, google ads, sign boards .. etc to promote property listings, events, and brand awareness Create compelling content for social media, brochures, newsletters, websites, and other marketing collateral. Social Media Management (all platforms) & Content Creation for group of companies. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and third-party vendors to develop high-quality marketing materials. Manage the company's presence on property portals, Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies. Support event planning and execution for promotional activities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate closely to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion objectives. Assist in managing the company's website content and SEO efforts.

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the gym sector. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and property portals. Experience with Social Media Portals, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic analytics tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Team player with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
