We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, promoting our products/services, and executing marketing strategies to grow the business and strengthen brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Prepare and deliver quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales
Marketing Duties
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Create content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials
Manage and grow the company's social media
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Skills:
Experience with email marketing platforms and social media advertising knowledge
