UPM TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC IS HIRING SALES AND MARKETING PROFESSIONALS

URGENT

Preferably: Male or Female with Driver License (Any Nationality)

Generates sales to achieve maximum profitability.

Establishes and maintains effective communication links with other businesses, departments or customers to identify all sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular reports to enable performance to be measured and monitored.

Maintain a solid relationship with key customers and consultants to ensure that the company's maximum sales potential is realized.

Track projects where there will be the option to work as a supplier and / or contractor.

Utilize an existing network and contacts to generate enquiries as well as opportunities for proposals and tenders.

Manage the tenders and proposals for new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, marketing or any relevant course.

3-5 years' experience in interior decoration real estate, and maintenance services.

Knowledgeable in interior decoration with experience in fit out design marketing, real estate, and maintenance services.

Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Capable of establishing new business accounts and generating revenue for the company.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies.

Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Self-motivated, self-starter, results driven professional.

UAE driving license is a must.

Salary plus commission will be discussed during the interview.
