Job Description

Akarat is a growing real estate technology platform revolutionizing property listings, agency management, and smart lead generation in the UAE. We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us expand our client base, drive brand visibility, and close more deals.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate leads for new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and clients. Present and promote Akarat platform services to potential customers. Plan and execute sales & marketing campaigns to boost platform usage. Manage social media, email, and digital marketing campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to develop new marketing materials. Prepare sales reports, client feedback, and market analysis. Attend property exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (real estate or tech platform is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools. Fluent in English;

multilingual is a plus

.

Any nationality is preferred.
