Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets across hotel and F&B outlets
Identify new business opportunities and expand high-value clientele
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and luxury partners
Plan and manage marketing campaigns, PR, social media, and promotional events
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in sales & marketing within luxury hotels and fine dining
Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of luxury hospitality and high-end dining markets
