We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales and Marketing Manager to help us build up our business activities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, combined with exceptional customer service skills. This role involves recruiting, training & leading a team of sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidates should have passion and experience in sales and marketing.
- Business Development and Lead Generation for new commercial and corporate customers for Real Estate.
- Pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Develop new strategies for finding new clients and networks.
- Building an ongoing relationship with clients and new prospects.
- Monitoring pre-sale and post-sale follow up.
- Achieving the set targets by strategizing, planning and motivating the entire team
- Handling customer questions, negotiation, inquiries, and complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Participating in sales team meetings
Qualification
- Graduate or Equalent
Desired Candidate
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience (Real Estate Sales \xe2\x80\x93 Mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
