Job Summary: Looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Develop and implement innovative sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize product sales
Create engaging and persuasive advertisements, emails as well as promotional literature to attract and retain customers
Evaluate market trends, competitors as well as industry developments to identify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation
Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and finance, to ensure effective product launches and pricing strategies
Promote the company\'s existing brands and introduce new products to the market
Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures and make sure the sales team meets their quotas and goals
Conduct research and develop marketing opportunities as well as plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company\'s marketing goals
Collect, investigate and summarize market data as well as trends to draft reports
Recruit, train, schedule, coach and manage marketing as well as sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
Implement new sales plans and advertising
Monitor sales performance, analyze data and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing as well as sales strategies
Offer guidance and support to the sales team, assisting them in meeting their targets as well as developing their skills
Stay updated on industry advancements, new marketing techniques as well as emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition
Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or related field
At least 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing field, practical experience in a management role will be a great advantage
Should have a strong understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
Good analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong knowledge of data analysis as well as report writing
Should be able to understand and follow company policies and procedures
Must be able to work under pressure
