Job Description

Marketing Manager We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building. You will be working closely with theMarketing and Sales departments. Responsibilities: Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan Develop and implement marketing and branding strategy Work with business to implement annual marketing budget and monitored deliverables To lead and direct the Marketing function of all the business Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly Assisting in preparation of long- and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies and budgets Weekly basis Brainstorming sessions with Marketing and Sales to get new ideas and to work on the new workflow Building and managing a high-performing marketing team which will handle the offline and online marketing aspects and thus supporting to achieve the business objectives Forecasting the future business requirements, accordingly, ensuring that the marketing roadmap is designed and overseeing that the plan is implemented effectively and on-time Leading the analysis of industry data and various market trends and thus supporting informed decision-making through the insights Ensuring compliance of various marketing-related rules, laws regulations Skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
