Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing departments and will own the revenue generation and target meeting functions of the company.

This is the challenging job in software implementations and consultation industry and job holder will be required to use the leadership, creative and management skills to derive the required organizational objectives.

Typically, the job holder is expected to have the below tasks to be either supervising or executing:

Sales Functions:

Leads Generations, Leads Nurturing, Opportunities development, Profile DEMO / Presentation, Proposals preparation and evaluation, Negotiations, Deals Closing, Competition analysis, Objection handling, Value creation, Pipeline management, Sales / revenue forecasting (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly), Team management, Team motivation, Conflicts resolution, Pricing calculations (based on provided parameters), Sales plan preparations, Revenue / Cash generation Target achievement, Identifying and hiring/recommend sales talent, Performance reviews of sales staff and setting corrective measures, Tasks / responsibilities Delegation, Large account handling, Government organizations sales

Marketing Functions:

Analyzing buyer needs, Critical Thinking and problem solving, Creativity and ideas sharing, Business Networking, LinkedIn, Facebook, ensuring effective SEO implementation, Email marketing implementation, content writing supervision, google ads, etc.
