We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales and Marketing Executive (Female)

with at least

2 years of UAE experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and expanding the company's customer base. She should be confident, presentable, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns (digital & traditional). Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities Collaborate with internal teams to improve product positioning and sales strategies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales/marketing within the UAE. Freshers can apply too. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and presentation abilities Proficient in MS Office. Presentable, confident, and self-motivated Fluent in English; Hindi. ( Malayalam is a plus )
