Zen Film Productions is a dynamic and innovative film production company based in Dubai. We pride ourselves on creating compelling visual content and fostering creative collaborations within the industry. As we expand our horizons, we are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant with a strong background in sales and marketing to support our female CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with daily tasks, including clerical duties such as grocery shopping, running errands, and bookkeeping.
- Communicate important information with the team regarding shoots, events, and other tasks as needed.
- Approach various brands for paid collaborations, pitching our company profile effectively.
- Represent the CEO, pitching their profile to potential business partners and stakeholders.
- Manage social media accounts, helping to enhance the company's online presence and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal assistance, sales, marketing or film production.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in social media management and marketing strategies.
-Must be able to speak good and proper English.
- Flexibility to work outside of fixed timings, as required by the needs of the role.
-Preferably with own visa.
Additional Information:
- The selected candidate should be prepared to undergo an on-the-job trial cum interview process.
- This role requires adaptability and flexibility in scheduling.
Salary: 3,500 -4000 AED per month
