Job Description

A Fitness Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for

driving membership sales

and

executing marketing strategies

to promote a fitness facility. Key duties include generating leads, converting walk-ins to members, developing marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels, creating content, managing social media, and building relationships with the community and potential partners. The role requires strong communication and sales skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to achieve business goals.

Sales and lead generation:

Achieve sales targets for new memberships, upgrades, and packages. Generate leads through various marketing channels, walk-ins, and community outreach. Conduct sales presentations and tours of the facility. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Marketing and promotions:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies. Manage and create engaging content for social media, email, and other digital platforms. Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach. Coordinate the design and production of marketing collateral. Analyze competitor marketing campaigns and market trends. Maintain the company website to ensure it is up-to-date.

Collaboration and administration:

Work with trainers and management to align marketing and sales efforts with business objectives. Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and community leaders for partnerships. Maintain accurate sales records. Complete ongoing training and professional development.
Skills and qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Creative and strategic thinking. Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fitness industry. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management. Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is often preferred.

Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month
