who is highly skilled in lead generation and business development to support our growing operations.

Job Overview:

The

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

will play a crucial role in identifying and collecting potential leads from across the UAE, targeting businesses and projects in the marble, stone, construction, and interior fit-out sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to feed the sales pipeline with qualified leads and support the business development team in converting these leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and collect high-potential leads from all Emirates across the UAE. Develop and manage a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with business goals. Maintain and update a structured database of leads, including contact details and key business insights. Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for follow-up and conversion. Monitor industry trends, construction project announcements, and new business openings to find relevant prospects. Establish strong initial contact with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce company offerings. Assist in preparing targeted marketing materials and outreach campaigns. Attend industry-related exhibitions, events, and trade shows to gather leads and promote the brand. Provide weekly reports on lead generation activity, quality, and conversion rates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Nationality:

UAE Nationals only

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Sales support, lead generation, or marketing

also Fresher will be considered

--preferably in the

marble, stone, or construction

industry.

Driving License:

Must hold a valid UAE driving license. Strong research skills and familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English and Arabic (mandatory)

. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus. A proactive, results-driven attitude with keen attention to detail.
