Job Description
We are seeking a
proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive
to join our growing team. This role is key in converting high-quality leads into student enrollments, driving business growth, and strengthening client relationships. We want a person who could execute the plans in his mind .You will represent the organization professionally while contributing to the overall expansion and reputation of our educational services.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert incoming leads generated through
Google Ads
,Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
, and other platforms into confirmed enrollments. Collaborate with the marketing team to assess and enhancelead quality
andcampaign performance
. Provide timely feedback to refine lead generation and digital marketing strategies. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-ups usingCRM tools
. Deliver professional presentations about our services and maintain strong product knowledge. Be flexible in handling various on-site responsibilities and schedules.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
