Job Purpose / Summary

We are seeking a proactive

Sales & Marketing Associate

with a strong background in interior design or related industries (e.g., metal, wood, stone, glass, or other premium interior materials).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of architects and designers in the UAE, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and support digital marketing growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Development

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry contacts. Reach out to new architects and designers to introduce products and services. Manage projects by coordinating with clients, production teams, and site teams. Handle end-to-end internal coordination related to customer relationship management. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Marketing & Brand Growth

Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and events. Contribute to content creation (photography, videography, reel making, editing, and posting). Manage social media posting schedules across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Support digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn/Facebook ads). Create engaging newsletters and blog content to enhance SEO and client engagement. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs. Provide creative ideas for marketing campaigns and activations. Assist with behind-the-scenes documentation and visual storytelling.

Skills & Competencies

Strong network among architects and designers in the UAE. Excellent spoken and written English. Understanding of design, materials, and premium product positioning. Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently. Creative flair; photography and videography skills are an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the

Design / Interior / Architecture industry in the UAE
