Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Associate with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. This role involves promoting our products/services, generating leads, and building client relationships to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, results-driven, and skilled in communication, with a basic understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities

: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking to generate leads and close sales.

Marketing Support

: Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Market Research

: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.

Sales Reporting

: Track and report sales performance, including leads, conversions, and revenue, using CRM tools.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

Experience

: Minimum of 1 year in sales, marketing, or a related field.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills

: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and social media platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
