Nexum Global Human Resources is seeking dynamic and results-oriented

Marketing Associates

to help grow our client base. You will play a key role in identifying companies that require manpower services and promoting our HR solutions through both digital and direct channels.

Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B outreach to identify and attract new client companies Promote Nexum's HR services to companies locally and internationally Create and manage marketing materials using

Canva (occassionaly)

Maintain lead lists and client data, familiar with

Google sheets & MS Office

Handle basic digital marketing via

email campaigns

and

social media platforms

Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients Follow up with leads and support the onboarding process for new clients Coordinate with the team to align client needs with HR Services needed Present the company and its services clearly and professionally to potential clients Prepare and deliver regular status reports and updates to management Demonstrate experience working with people and collaborating with other businesses

Requirements:

Male, aged 27-40 2 candidate required Experience in

B2B marketing

, sales, or client acquisition Proficient in

Canva, Google Spreadsheets, email tools, and social media management

Strong English communication and negotiation skills Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently Background in recruitment, consultancy, HR, or manpower services is an advantage
