Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Assistant supports the sales and marketing team in driving business growth by assisting with marketing campaigns, sales activities, client communications, administrative duties, and digital engagement. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Coordinate content for social media platforms, newsletters, and websites.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and presentations.
Help manage CRM databases and maintain accurate client and lead information.
Sales Support:
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales materials.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client communications.
Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update sales records and reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Event & Campaign Coordination:
Support planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, or exhibitions.
Liaise with vendors and partners for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role in UAE.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, CRM systems).
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus (especially in UAE-based roles).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
