Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and highly organized Assistant to support the daily operations of GoGoVillage (indoor kids' playground) and GoGoParty (premium kids' events & decoration services). This role requires someone who can manage communication, coordinate bookings, research new opportunities, and assist with both operational and administrative tasks in a fast-paced children's activity business.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Communication:
- Follow up with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal staff.
- Send professional emails and respond on behalf of the company.
- Manage WhatsApp and email communication for both GoGoVillage & GoGoParty.
- Prepare basic reports, documents, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain calendars, reminders, and daily task lists.
Operations & Coordination:
- Assist in booking kids' events, birthday setups, playground activities, and special events.
- Coordinate with decoration teams, photographers, balloon artists, and venue partners.
- Support scheduling and organizing meetings with schools, malls, nurseries, and clients.
- Help with daily operational follow-ups for playground activities and event preparations.
- Track bookings, customer requests, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Research Tasks:
- Research new locations for kids' events (villas, parks, beaches, community centers, hotels).
- Identify new business opportunities, suppliers, vendors, and kids' activity trends.
- Collect and compile information on malls, nurseries, hotels, and events across the UAE.
- Support marketing research for influencers, seasonal events, and collaboration partners.
Customer Service:
- Assist with inquiries regarding birthday party packages, indoor playground services, and custom event setups.
- Provide friendly and professional communication with parents and clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up before and after events.
Support for GoGoVillage:
- Help with scheduling group bookings, school visits, and daily play sessions.
- Coordinate with staff regarding playground activities and special events.
Support for GoGoParty:
- Assist in managing decoration schedules (balloons, themed setups, tables/chairs, backdrops).
- Follow up with clients on theme selection, event timing, and customization options.
- Coordinate with suppliers for props, balloons, accessories, and event materials.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Experience with email communication and professional writing.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel/Sheets, Google Maps, and booking tools.
- Ability to research efficiently and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and polite customer interaction.
- Background in kids' activities or events is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be responsible, reliable, and able to handle fast-paced operational tasks.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
