Job Description

  • Management of and responsibility for order- acceptance and processing to support the attainment of sales objectives.
  • Operative implementation of order processing
  • Support function for the sales unit
  • Administrative support of the sales unit
Regular, continuous tasks:
  • Managing customer care processes for order acceptance, order processing, order handling, complaint handling etc.
  • Coordination and securing of defined customer care processes -processes according to defined compliance-, legal and internal requirements.
  • Securing of an order scheduling in the sense of a corporate goals optimization
  • Acceptance of orders and processing of inquiries through all communication channels.
  • Operative processing of the orders considering the necessary documentation.
  • Regular Contact for local customers.
  • Information of the responsible sales employee about problems with customers, e. g. significant delays
  • Timely processing / updating of order delays.
  • Coordination & clarification of complaints.
  • Maintenance of customer data and conditions.
  • Implementation of collection management processes.
  • Organization and execution of representative customer visits.
  • Scheduling and support of the execution of sales and marketing promotions
  • Coordination and execution of market research activities
  • Inbound and outbound correspondence according to rules and after consultation
  • Schedule management
  • Organization and booking of business trips after consultation with Sales Managers
  • Creating and completing presentations
  • Preparation of standardized Excel-reports
  • Management of unit-relevant documents
  • Performance reviews of coordinated measures
  • Market monitoring by evaluating sales statistics on product / customer level.
  • Systematic processing of competitive information, prices, lost sales, etc.
  • New parts information - Market-driven distribution
  • Follow through fixed set appointments.
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Irregular, ad hoc tasks:
  • Management of respective participation in projects for process optimization in the order acceptance / -processing.
  • Initiating of advancement proposals regarding the optimization of logistics
  • Influence on the adjustment of logistic parameters depending on sales priorities.
  • Maintenance of process documentations and preparation, ensuring country related certification/regulation.
  • Coordination and advancement of the customer care-processes for order acceptance, order handling and order processing.
  • Organization of customer events, trainings, house fairs
  • Support of the planning for conducting visits (onsite / phone)
  • Arranging and handling of customer training, in-house exhibitions and customer events
  • Internal communications and coordination\xe2\x80\x99s.
