Oversee supply chain operations and ensure the efficient and cost-effective distribution of vehicles in accordance to practices and policy.
Responsible for documentation requirement of import and export of materials.
esponsible for making shipment arrangements for inbound and outbound.
Negotiate prices with logistic companies/shipping companies and freight forwarders to ensure availing the best market rate.
Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
Handling shipment clearances.
Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery.
Develop reports on cargo movements and various operational logistics issues.
Update stakeholders on the status of their shipments in transit.
Assisting General Manager and Managing Director for arrangement of shipments.
Reporting the daily shipments and pending payments to the owner.
Filing one set of documents per shipment such as Contract, Letter of Credit, Chassis Number, Presentation form and Payment advices from the bank for FTA documents.
Updating and following up duty refund of Mercedes Benz shipments from Abu Dhabi.
Preparing of Sales contracts and proforma invoices.
Coordinating with shipping company for clearance of shipments.
Coordinating with banks for the monthly report.
Preparing the required documents as per the Letter of Credit (LC) and submitting to the bank.
Assisting Chief Finance Officer for banks purposes.
Coordinating with the suppliers for the quotations and undertaking documents.
Requirements:
Strong background in Automotive Industry (Trading/Export)
At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Logistics or similar role
Having SAP knowledge
Can join immediately
