- Increase property inventory stock and maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale or rent
- Achieve sales targets/KPIs
- Stay up to date with the latest property market
- Network building and ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.
- Communicating with the admin to prepare sale and lease documents
- Ensuring all inquiries are attended to within a short span of time
- Following up with clients on a regular basis
- Updating records on the CRM regularly and accurately
- Follow the company's policy and procedure for each internal and external transaction
