Job Description

Role and Responsibility:

Tracking event performance, analyzing sales data, and providing reports to management.

Generating leads, securing bookings, and driving revenue through event sales.

Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring event packages to exceed their expectations.

Greeting guests as they arrive, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and seating them at appropriate tables

Managing reservations, handling waitlists, and communicating wait times to guests.

Ensuring guests have a positive dining experience by providing menus, answering questions, and assisting with special requests.

Assisting with table maintenance, cleaning, and other tasks to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.

Promoting the restaurant and its events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.

Coordinating and managing all aspects of restaurant events, including private dining, parties, and special promotions.

Key Skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities. Russian and English Speaking is a must. Female Preferred for this role. Minimum 3 years of B2B and B2C experience. Creative problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing situations. Proficiency in event planning software and CRM tools. Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management. Leadership and team management skills. Be in the trend - track trends in the sphere of kids' events
Note: this is a commission-based role (fixed salary + commission)

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
