Host & Toast Catering is seeking a highly organized and dynamic
Sales & Events Coordinator
to join our growing team. This role combines
sales, client relations, event coordination, and administrative support
, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities. You will be responsible for generating new business, ensuring flawless event execution, and supporting daily operational and administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for catering services (corporate, private, and special events).
Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and competitor activity.
Support in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
Events Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for clients from booking through event execution.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure all client requirements are met.
Prepare event timelines, menus, and checklists, ensuring all details are confirmed in advance.
Coordinate vendor bookings, equipment rentals, and logistics.
Attend events as needed to oversee setup, service, and breakdown.
Administrative Support
Manage and maintain client databases, enquiry logs, and booking calendars.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Assist with general office tasks, filing, and document preparation.
Support the owner in day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Requirements
Proven experience in
sales, event coordination, or hospitality administration
(minimum 2-3 years preferred).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license
and own car (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
