. We are looking for a highly motivatedCustomer Service Representative
to join our team and ensure an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly
to customer inquiries via chat, phone calls, and emails - ensuring 24/7 availability in shifts.Engage and convince
potential clients to book appointments by understanding their concerns and offering suitable treatments.Follow up
with leads, existing clients, and missed appointments to increase conversion rates.Provide expert knowledge
on aesthetic treatments, includingdermatology, slimming, IV drips, and hair loss solutions
.Coordinate with clinic staff
to schedule appointments and ensure smooth operations.Maintain accurate records
of customer interactions and feedback.Requirements & Qualifications
Experience in customer service
(preferably in the aesthetic, dermatology, or healthcare field). Strongsales and persuasion skills
to convert inquiries into appointments.Excellent English communication skills
(both written and spoken). Knowledge ofaesthetic procedures, dermatology, IV drips, slimming, and hair loss treatments
. Ability to ensure 24/7 customer support.Proactive and result-driven
mindset with a passion for customer care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
Customer Service in the Aesthetic field: 1 year (Required)
