Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have 3+ years of work experience in Business Development
- English (Must), Arabic (desirable)
- Should be currently working in Dubai
- Can join in less than 15 days
- Candidates coming from Advertising Agency would be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy/sales pipeline focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and potential clients
- Initiate meetings with new potential clients through cold calls
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Constant follow-up with clients for agreement closure, payments and way-forwards
- Promote the company\'s services addressing or predicting client\'s objectives
- Prepare sales contracts on basis of client\xe2\x80\x99s final requirement and scope of work
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
