Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customer relationships within the FM industry. (Real Estate, Schools, Hotels, Kitchen, residential community, commercial buildings, government offices, Hospitals, Accommodations, etc.) Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and effectively promoting Ensure Group of Companies FM (Facilities Management) services. Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, customer news, and developments. Lead the development and preparation of RFP's, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations. Generate project/business opportunities and RFPs through customer contact to meet company's business plans and growth strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive service providers, and potential opportunities. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Assist the marketing team in creating new offers, promotions and/or deals to attract new or silent clients. Responsible for achieving sales targets and revenue goals set by management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting our FM services and value proposition.

Requirements

Strong understanding of FM services

and the ability to articulate their value to potential clients. Proficient in using Microsoft Applications to track sales activities and client information. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to conduct detailed market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. At least

2 years of experience in FM Industry Sales division
