We are looking for B2B Sales and Business Development Executive to lead growth initiatives for our Multi-specialty Family medicine and Aesthetic Clinic. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and closing deals with corporate clients, insurance companies, hospitals, hotels, organizations, other clinics, and government entities requiring Medical and Aesthetic services. Job is part time, attractive target-based commission.
Roles & Responsibilities-
Promote and sell Medical and Aesthetic services including medical treatments, nursing care, Hijama, beauty treatments, medical and aesthetic IV treatments and chronic disease management.
Conduct client visits, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts to finalize service agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, operations, and finance) to tailor services to client needs.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to contract signing and handover to operations.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand client base.
Maintain and update records of interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Skills & Requirements -
Related 2-4 years field experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetic, or medical services.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven sales track record.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Knowledge of the UAE healthcare industry and regulatory environment is a strong advantage.
UAE experience is must.
