Job description / Role
As a Sales and Admin Support- (FMCG Distribution - HORECA Segment), you are responsible to co-ordinate all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility under the general guidance of the Sales Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITY
1. Credit Management:
? Handling customer credit applications and processing related documentation.
? Coordinating with the team to ensure timely credit approvals and compliance.
2. Quotation & Pricing Support:
? Preparing and issuing accurate quotations for customers.
? Assisting the sales team with pricing strategies and updates.
? Assist the sales team with quotation proposals, and follow-ups.
3. Sales Team Coordination:
? Allocating salesmen to clients based on availability and priority.
? Serving as the central communication point for all sales executives.
4. Administrative Support:
? Preparing and maintaining agreement forms and client documentation.
? Creating and updating the salesman daily visit book and schedules.
5. Sales Analysis & Reporting:
? Compiling and analyzing monthly sales data and performance metrics.
? Generating detailed sales reports for management review.
? Track and report on daily, monthly sales performance of the saleas executives to the GM
? Sales team performance analysing in FBK, Diversey, Rational, Retriva Brands.
6. Customer Communication & Tele sales:
? Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
? Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service support.
? Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
? Identifying and approaching potential new customers through tele-sales activities and improve telesale business.
? Ensure all product specifications valid and relevant documents are shared with clients as needed.
7. Internal Sales Support:
? Assisting the sales team with any internal requirements, document preparations, or customer-related tasks.
? Coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.
