Responsibilities
Sales Duties:
Respond to client inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
Follow up on quotations and proposals
Schedule meetings, site visits, and calls
Maintain a sales tracker and client status list
Support deal closing through professional follow-up
Administrative Duties:
Prepare proposals, agreements, and basic documents
Organize contracts and company files
Assist with invoicing and payment follow-ups
Coordinate internally with sales, design, and site teams
Handle general office and secretarial support
Requirements
1-3 years experience in sales or administration
Excellent organization and communication skills
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Confident and professional phone etiquette
Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred
Interior design or construction industry experience
UAE experience is a plus
Driving License (preferred)
