Job Description

A Real Estate Development Company is seeking for Property/Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee real estate development projects with a strong focus on compliance and quality.
- Demonstrate expertise in the procedures and regulations set forth by DLD/RERA.
- Utilise knowledge of Noqodi wallet and escrow accounts for financial management.
- Manage the OQOOD registration process and title deed issuance efficiently.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various properties in our portfolio.
- Ensure effective communication through strong written and verbal skills.
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders.
- Display commitment through a valid driving license and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in real estate development.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- A degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in computer skills for correspondence and reporting.
