We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Analyst who will work closely with the sales team to make sure daily tasks, follow-ups, meetings, and outstanding payments are properly tracked and updated.

Key Responsibilities:



Follow up with the sales team on meetings, client follow-ups, leads progress, and outstanding payments. Ensure all sales staff update the sales software daily. Collect and verify sales data (daily/weekly/monthly) from all team members. Prepare consolidated sales reports to share with management. Develop and maintain a dashboard showing team performance, meeting status, follow-ups, lead movement, and outstanding collections. Identify delays, gaps, or missed follow-ups and coordinate with the team to resolve them. Create a dashboard for sales team Track KPIs such as: Meetings completed vs planned Follow-ups pending New leads generated Deals closed Outstanding amounts Maintain organized records of all sales activities. Support management with any additional data or insights when required.

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or admin roles. Strong communication skills to confidently question the sales team about updates. Good knowledge of Excel, dashboards, and reporting. Familiarity with CRM / sales software. Organized, detailed, and proactive personality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
