Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all sales data and reporting
• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales dashboards for management review
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and target-setting processes
• Evaluate promotions, pricing strategies, and channel performance with the sales team
• Provide ad hoc analytical insights to support decisions across departments
• Work closely with Finance and Marketing to ensure consistent reporting
• Consolidate and analyze data from CRM, ERP, and market sources
• Track KPIs including volume, revenue, margin, and profitability by product, region, and channel
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth
• Prepare management presentations and detailed performance reports

Ideal Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or commercial planning
• Advanced Excel expertise including pivot tables, Power Query, macros, and data modeling
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong understanding of data cleansing, validation, and integrity best practices
• Familiarity with analytical and statistical tools is advantageous
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across sales, finance, and marketing teams
