Reporting & Dashboards:
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and regular reports to monitor sales performance and operational efficiency.
Forecasting:
Support sales forecasting efforts by using historical data, market trends, and predictive models to inform planning and inventory decisions.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor performance to inform strategic decision-making
.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide actionable insights that drive business development, campaign performance, and territory planning.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in sales data across CRM, ERP, and reporting tools.
Identify inefficiencies in the sales cycle and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and revenue.
Required Qualifications
Market & Competitor Research:* Support Strategic Initiatives:* CRM and ERP Data Management:* Sales Process Improvement:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.* Proven experience (2+ years) in sales analysis, business analytics, or a similar role.* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP platforms.* Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.* Strong communication and presentation skills.* Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets efficiently*.
