We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead the Sales and Alliances division in the Middle East for our ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive knowledge of ServiceNow, a deep understanding of the Middle East, and a strong network within the Middle East's business landscape.



As the Sales & Alliance leader your primary role will be to drive revenue by leading a team of Senior Account Executives and Business Development members to prospect and close new ServiceNow sales opportunities throughout the Middle East. This is a highly visible and critical role within the organization, requiring strong leadership skills.


You will be expected to lead the strategy for growth in collaboration with the SVP of Global Sales & Alliances. With potentially long, complex sales cycles, it will be critical for you to work closely with ServiceNow Sales leaders in developing and executing robust territory plans. You will be relied upon to ensure consistent and high levels of activity among the team and close adherence to key performance measures.


Responsibilities




Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, harnessing expertise in ServiceNow products and local market knowledge to drive sales and achieve business objectives throughout the Middle East Lead and support a sales and business development team that is well versed in ServiceNow's portfolio, ADVANCE products and professional services Leverage existing connections and build new strategic relationships with key business leaders and ServiceNow stakeholders throughout the Middle East Apply extensive experience in enterprise software sales within a large, matrixed sales organization to create and implement effective sales strategies Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies and campaigns for designated verticals, including identifying new lead-generation activities and channels Build, manage and inspire a dispersed team of professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. Combine GTM expertise, product/market knowledge, and sales excellence to drive strategic actions and deliver impactful results Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and achievement Collaborate with pre-sales to define customer requirements, provide robust demonstrations, create proposals and statements of work Manage performance and drive accountability through monitoring & reporting of KPI's Manage sales cycle in Salesforce and maintain accurate forecasts

Experience




Fluent in Arabic; comprehensive understanding of the Middle East is essential Must be based out of Dubai, UAE Exceptional ability to develop trust and rapport with senior leaders and stakeholders across diverse organizational levels Proven track record as a global sales leader with a focus on building and expanding businesses successfully Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, and GTM strategy, preferably within ServiceNow ecosystem Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role with proven success in leading others Master's degree preferred
