Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound buyer and seller leads provided by the company
Manage end-to-end sales and leasing transactions in Dubai
Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings
Advise clients on market trends, pricing, ROI, and investment opportunities
Negotiate offers and close deals successfully
Maintain accurate client and transaction records in CRM
Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Stay compliant with RERA regulations and brokerage policies
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
Proven track record of closing deals
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate (off-plan & secondary)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented
Experience using Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, or similar portal
